Terms governing the public website.

Effective 20 August 2026. These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to the SideOf public website and guided demonstration environment. By accessing either, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use them.

Eligibility

The public website and guided demonstration environment are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not access or use either.

Scope of the website

The guided demonstration environment is a product walkthrough. The public website and demonstration environment do not create a member account, paid membership, payment obligation, or invitation to a live member network. Content, functionality, and availability may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Limited permission to use

Subject to these Terms, LIBRASIDE TECHNOLOGIES LLC d/b/a SideOf grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the public website for lawful, personal evaluation of SideOf. No other right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the website or demonstration environment; attempt to bypass a security control; introduce harmful code; scrape content at scale; impersonate another person; infringe another party's rights; or use the site for unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or deceptive conduct.

Intellectual property

The SideOf name, website design, copy, graphics, and related materials are owned by or used with permission by LIBRASIDE TECHNOLOGIES LLC d/b/a SideOf. Except for the limited permission above, you may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use those materials without prior written authorization.

Third-party services

The public website may link to a service operated by another party. LIBRASIDE TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not control that party's content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Review the applicable terms and privacy information before using a third-party service.

No emergency or professional service

SideOf is not an emergency, crisis, medical, legal, or law-enforcement service. Do not rely on the public website or demonstration environment for emergency assistance. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local resource.

Changes to these Terms

LIBRASIDE TECHNOLOGIES LLC may revise these Terms, change or remove public-site content, or suspend or discontinue the demonstration environment. Continued access after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Member services

Separate member terms, a product privacy notice, community standards, and any SideOf+ subscription terms will govern any live SideOf member service. Those materials, not these Terms, will apply to member use.
